Cubs fans tend to take the streak in stride compared to others.

And I still hope to see them win it all someday for their own sake...just not against the Yankees.Chris Stufflestreethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04229983444919282224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1986621680116407176.post-35337611924127591532011-01-14T04:59:10.181-05:002011-01-14T04:59:10.181-05:00From where I sit, the Cubs had drought coverage eq...From where I sit, the Cubs had drought coverage equal to the Red Sox for decades before 2004.Steve Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10297044571819912511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1986621680116407176.post-36050205139654985912011-01-14T04:49:31.723-05:002011-01-14T04:49:31.723-05:00And we long-suffering Giants fans - who probably s...And we long-suffering Giants fans - who probably suffered more than anybody (trying to start something here) - finally got one, too!Steve Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10297044571819912511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1986621680116407176.post-18096538749723799342011-01-13T16:01:22.615-05:002011-01-13T16:01:22.615-05:00@ WrigleyWax...yeah, NOW. There was active rooting for the Cubs from the TV goofs throughout the series and everyone acted like someone died when L.A. advanced.
